Do you often have some work to take home or perhaps you need a comfortable place to do your taxes? Most people do these things in their bedrooms, living rooms or even kitchens. If you have an extra room, you can add substantial comfort to your everyday life. Create a mini-office or a study in your home and you’ll always have a place to do your business.
Studies usually feature a table with a desktop computer, a comfortable chair, and a sofa. Perhaps you’ll enjoy reading your favorite book there as well. Then you can turn the study into a part-time library. Nowadays, when the paper books are becoming outdated, having an extra room for a library doesn’t make sense. If you often have visitors and kids love to drop by during the holidays, a guest room is a must-have. Even if you already have one room like this, a second one is an advantage.
